-Sheer printed viscose chiffon dress is layered over a navy knit slip (slip is only attached at the neckline)
-Self ruffle at neckline and double spaghetti straps at shoulders
-V at front neckline with fixed navy drawstrings/tassels
-Loose elastic 'waist' falls at hips
-Printed chiffon dress is generous and falls loosely over the slip. See both measurements below.
